Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time from within their Account management page. Users are responsible for being aware of when their subscriptions will renew, and cancelling their subscriptions prior to any renewal should they not wish to continue with their subscription. Refunds will only be granted for accidental subscription renewals if the user notifies support within 24 hours of the renewal payment. (Renewal payment refers to any subscription payment that occurs after the initial registration payment for that specific subscription.)

2. Refunds

Refunds for digital content are strictly prohibited and not granted for any reason. Content/Items that users CANNOT receive a refund for include, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Memberships
  • Subscriptions
  • Digital Downloads
  • One-Of-A-Kind Items (Such as autographed items, personal clothing, custom videos, etc.)
  • Gifts/Tributes

Content/Items that users CAN receive a refund for include the following items:

  • Accidental subscription Renewal Payments* (If the user notifies support within 24 hours of the renewal payment.)
  • Incorrectly charged subscriptions or items where the user was charged the wrong amount for something that they purchased (We will adjust the charges to match the correct amount, which can include full or partial refunds as is determined by what error occurred.)

(A *Renewal Payment refers to any subscription payment that occurs after the initial registration payment for that specific subscription.)

Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
